Been attending the bootcamps, and they are always different with a variety of different exercises drills, and moderate weights being used, he also and makes it fun to!
Fantastic at pushing you beyond what you think your limits are, which is fab for me.
Great if you need any advice on food intake nutrition etc. Fully recommend Chris as a pt even though I hate him a little bit when he is pushing me 😉👌🏼

I've got to say Chris is a excellent personal trainer, always trying to push you to your limit, but at your own pace too, always leave a session with Chris thinking wow and ouch but in a good way

Fantastic personal trainer, great at motivating me makes each workout different and interesting and everything is completely tailored to what I need to help me achieve my goals . As well as the training sessions with his guidance he creates a plan for clients to follow when training at other times in the week. Progress is fast and achievable and the results are really satisfying as a result couldn't reccomend more and completing a workout plan has never been so easy to fit around work life and other commitments.
