Level 2 Programs
 

The Level 2 programs are currently being developed to be stand alone for the more experienced individual or as a follow on to the Level 1 Project U. Programs will be suitable for women and men.

  • Fat loss - This 8 week program will focus further on fat loss and develop a greater understanding of what is required to get down to lower body fat levels.

  • Muscle Building - This 8 week program will focus on gaining more quality muscle creating amazing definition. 

  • Strength - This 8 week program will develop your physical strength.

All of these programs will come with comprehensive nutrition guides linked to the goals.
