About Chris Ward Personal Training
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment, it’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
Being a Firefighter as well as a personal trainer gives me a real sense of how fitness can affect our day to day lives but also how it can benefit us. I have experience working with all abilities and provide 1-2-1 personal training either inside a gym or can travel to your home. If you aren't near me or don't require the hands on of face to face I can also provide online coaching services.
The services I provide are based on you and your circumstances. I provide bespoke programming and nutrition guidance to get you achieving your goals.
