About Chris Ward Personal Training

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment, it’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

Being a Firefighter as well as a personal trainer gives me a real sense of how fitness can affect our day to day lives but also how it can benefit us. I have experience working with all abilities and provide 1-2-1 personal training either inside a gym or can travel to your home. If you aren't near me or don't require the hands on of face to face I can also provide online coaching services.

The services I provide are based on you and your circumstances. I provide bespoke programming and nutrition guidance to get you achieving your goals.


12 Week Program

 A 12 week program designed to educate you in all you need to know to create sustainable change. Over the course you will become more confident, make the best nutrition choices you have ever made and change your body for good!

Face to Face

Face to Face personal training gives you the support needed whilst training. I will create a bespoke plan and nutrition to your needs and your goals to really get you achieving and smashing where you want to be. 

Online Coaching

Online Coaching gives you the flexibility and freedom to train and have nutritional guidance around your busy schedule.

You have a personal trainer in your pocket when you need it most.
